Service scope

We provide form guidance, document review, and appointment scheduling support. We are not a government authority, medical board, GAMCA, or Wafid and do not issue medical approvals.

Client responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for verifying that your documents are valid and meet destination requirements.

Fees and payments

The service fee covers appointment assistance only. Medical examination fees and any government charges are paid separately at the medical centre.

Payment processing

Payments are processed securely by Lemon Squeezy. We do not store your card details, and charges may appear under Lemon Squeezy or our service name.

Scheduling and availability

Appointment availability is determined by the medical centre. We do not guarantee specific time slots, but we will work to secure the earliest available option based on your details.

Limitations

We are not responsible for delays caused by incomplete information, third-party systems, or medical centre scheduling changes.

Refunds

Refund requests are handled according to our Refund Policy.
