We aim to deliver appointment confirmations quickly. If we cannot, the following refund terms apply.

Refund eligibility

If the appointment confirmation is not delivered within 24 hours, the service fee is refundable after processing charges.

Processing charges

Processing charges cover payment gateway and administrative costs incurred during service delivery.

Refund timeline

Once approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times depend on the payment provider and may take several business days.

Non-refundable cases

  • Appointments already confirmed and delivered.
  • Delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate client information.
  • Issues outside our control, such as medical centre outages.
